This would be the 2nd time I’ve attempted to change the theme of my website.

In a nutshell, I am still on my weightloss program but am also exercising now to strengthen my back and lost another 14 kg. This is the current goal at this point in time. :)

The blog will be about the challenges I’ve faced as well as food that I prepare for my meals.

I’ll write more when I’m in themood. :)
