Going from gluttony to nourishing the body for health and longevity
This would be the 2nd time I’ve attempted to change the theme of my website.
In a nutshell, I am still on my weightloss program but am also exercising now to strengthen my back and lost another 14 kg. This is the current goal at this point in time.
The blog will be about the challenges I’ve faced as well as food that I prepare for my meals.
I’ll write more when I’m in themood.
