So it was porridge day for me. Granny made a huge tub of rice porridge that was to be eaten by yours truly. Urgh! Oh well. I don't have it all the time so it wasn't *TOO* bad.



To go with the porridge, she made pork stew whereby she added in some potatoes for taste as well. She cut the pork into medium-sized strips and fryinng it until it browns. Then she added in the potatoe as well as soy sauce, water and sugar to taste. Of course, salt and pepper was added into it as well. She would sometimes substitute the pork with chicken breast meat.

Suffice to say that for dinner and lunch, I finished about half of what you see there.
